Sandeman claimed he had made more than ?85,000 from those activities. But after the drug dealer was caught selling a ?50 bag of cocaine to an undercover police officer at the T in the Park festival at Balado Airfield, Kinross, it emerged that he was much wealthier than he claimed. The list of items which the Crown now wants to confiscate includes a ?10,690 Rolex watch and a BMW which he paid to have fitted out with a television and video recorder. If successful, the action ? under the 1995 Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act ? will also see him stripped of his house, a Renault Cabriolet, a Peugeot, a Range Rover, a VW Golf, a Ford Transit van, a television and assorted jewellery.
