There's no high-rises. There's a low volume of traffic. It's an Old World throwback to the 1800s in that area." The Fairchild has reportedly attracted the attention of stars such as actor James Gandolfini (who may be a backer in the project's investment group, too, according to some news stories) and actress Jessica Alba. Longo said his policy is to neither confirm nor deny such reports, but he did say the neighborhood does attract its share of celebs. "This is not a paparazzi-driven area," he said.
